    Availability

    For items in stock we aim to dispatch your order on the day of receipt if received before 2pm. Orders received after 2pm will be despatched the following working day. In the unlikely event of an item being out of stock we may send the remainder of your order and forward the out of stock item as soon as it is in stock, your order slip will indicate any items that are out of stock and to follow. We may send your order in more than one package. Please note once placed, order’s can not be amended or added too.

    Delivery

    Delivery is normally via Royal mail.The majority of orders arrive within 2 working days of despatch, but please allow up to 5. All deliveries require signature. If you are not likely to be at home to sign for your delivery please choose to have your order delivered to your work or an alternative address at the time of ordering. In the unlikely event of an order been lost by Royal Mail we endeavour to replace the order within 3 working days of notification from you.

    If the carrier has recorded a failed delivery and the goods are returned to us as you failed to pick up the goods within the time limits set by the carrier, we will treat this as a cancelled order and we will make a charge not exceeding £9.90 to cover our costs we have incurred in sending your parcel and paying for the return. We regret that we cannot be held responsible if the carrier has failed to notify you of an attempted delivery. Please contact the carrier directly. We will inform you of the refund amount via email. If you still require the goods please reorder.

    Returns

    In the unlikely event of anything arriving damaged, please inform Summer365.com in writing or via email within 7 days.
    We offer a 14 day return policy; the 14 days start from the day on which you receive your order. We will accept returned merchandise provided that it has not been opened or any security seals broken. A restocking fee of 20% of the item's value with a minimum charge of £5 is payable for all items returned unless the item is faulty or damaged in which case no restocking fee is payable. If you qualified for free shipping on your order then we reserve the right to deduct the original cost of shipping from your refund. Please use suitable protective packaging when returning any item and include your original packing slip.
    Please do not send us returns without first getting an email authorisation from Summer365.com. Please enclose a copy of the email in your return, we can not accept returned items we have not been informed of. When returning an item please use recorded delivery, we can not process refunds or replacements for items we do not receive. If you wish to return anything we must receive it within 7 days of our return authorisation being issued. Upon satisfactory receipt we will refund your credit or debit card the relevant amount less shipping and any restocking fee. If you are returning an item that is either damaged or faulty and we have agreed to its return we will pay for the return postage provided you have only used the lowest cost method of postage available.
    Faulty goods will be forwarded to the relevant manufacturer who will decide if an item is faulty or not, only then can refunds or replacements be issued.
